RMA Procedures

  1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RMA number, click here to email TTI.

  2. Please supply The your company/organization name, model number and serial number.

  3. Please enter a brief description of the issue.

  4. After receipt of the information, TTI reply with an RMA Form.

  5. Print the RMA form and place a copy in the package containing the product to be returned. Also mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to this address:

Upon receiving your equipment, TTI will promptly evaluate it and we will contact you with the repair information.

If the repair is covered under warranty, TTI will return the package according to the shipping information on the RMA form at TTI Expense.

or

If the repair is not covered under warranty, We will supply you with a quotation for repair which will be conducted once a purchase order is received. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
